Accommodation
The EOS 2008 Congress Secretariat has pre-booked rooms at discounted rates in selected hotels of different categories for the benefit of congress participants; these rooms will be allocated to participants on a first come first served basis. All participants are kindly requested to complete the hotel booking section on the online registration form.
We recommend that you make your hotel reservation as soon as possible as the rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis. A deposit payment of one night is required to secure your booking. If the hotel you request is fully booked, The EOS 2008 Congress Secretariat reserves the right to book an alternative accommodation. After May 20th availability of room and rates cannot be guaranteed.
