Registration fees in Euro (€) should be paid in advance as follow. Because of the high costs of credit card payments bank transfers are preferred whenever possible.

- Important: When making a bank transfer, you MUST mention your registration number/name, Congress EOS and the purpose of your payment, so that the money can be assigned to your account. Banking fees have to be settled by the remitter.
By credit card
- Accepted credit cards: American Express, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard. Please indicate the card number, expiry date and CDV on the application form. The CDV are the last three digits to be found on the reverse side of your card, except for American Express where this is to be found on the front of the card.
:: Confirmation of registration for individual Participants
A confirmation of registration/acknowledgement of payment will be sent to each registrant on receipt of payment. Participants should bring the letter of confirmation to the registration desk at Lisbon Congress Centre when collecting their conference documents.
:: Registration Cancellation and Refunds
Registration will only be confirmed upon complete payment of fees.
All cancellations/alterations must be in writing by letter, fax or e-mail to AIMS International Congress Services.
